MURTHAVENFLORIDAVER2I have decided that it is time for a change. Later today I will go into more detail. This blog will still be here and I will write here from time to time but I am also going to be making some changes.

liartrollThe one lesson one needs to learn is that trolls will always troll. You can either engage them or ignore them. Either way it makes no difference. They crave attention. They have this constant need to be noticed. Trolls cannot have a normal conversation. They have to be stalking someone, attacking someone and making a general nuisance of themselves.

Case in point. There is this rather odd housewife from Ohio that is constantly commenting on her twitter account about anything I say on my twitter account or even in my blog.

This is rather odd since I quit discussing her past antics. I have tried to move on but this demented troll persists in her stalking of me, reading a twitter account she is blocked from and quote stealing from the twitter account to insert into hers.

This all came about, recently, because she made peace with another woman she had been tormenting for years. This particular troll, now finding herself without a target, decided to turn her attention to me.

fftIt is sad that this poor woman has to spend every waking hour, monitoring my various accounts to find something she can troll about. She seems to have no interests to talk about. No tv shows to talk about, nothing in the news, an absolute zero.

It would be nice of that woman would get a life but unfortunately she does not have the ability to do  so.

fft1I have decided not to engage this fat nuisance nor will I monitor what she is saying.

It is not worth the bother. I have better things to do.

I have a life.

liarrabbitThe one thing you find out in a hurry is that people lie on the internet. Certainly, people lie in real life. It is easier, however, to catch the person in real life in their lies and set things straight. Making an anonymous liar be accountable for their actions is something else entirely.

liartrollDealing with those on the internet who lie is an exercise in futility. I have been attempting to do so for more than ten years. I first became the target of what one Lake County Fl Deputy described as ” bored housewives with too much time on their hands.” The deputy, incidentally was a female.

I have been accused of all sorts of things. I have been accused of being a pedophile, or murdering a child in a high profile case down here in Florida as well as at least a dozen other wild and crazy things, all without any proof to back these accusations up.

lcpdOne woman called the Leesburg City Police Department so many times, they threatened to arrest her if she did not stop calling them.

lcsoThings got so bad that I demanded that the Lake County Sheriff’s office investigate these claims to put things to rest. They finally did so examining My cellphone, the pc I am using to write this blog, several other computers, digital cameras, memory cards, and my CD’s I had gotten from the state atty when covering the Anthony case.

After a month of going through all of my gadgetry, everything was returned to me along with their assurance that they were satisfied that I was not a criminal and that everything they had seen was as one detective put it “the most elaborate smear campaign against a private individual that he had ever seen in his 15 years in the cyber crimes unit of the Lake County Sheriff’s office.

rcmpOne result of this little adventure was that the Canadian hacker who was behind most of what had been going on at that time was dealt with by Canadian authorities and has not bothered me since.

I still had the other liars to deal with which I have been doing since day one. Like I said earlier, it has been an exercise in futility.

One thing I tried to do in the case of one blogger was to demand the author of certain articles provide proof of their claims.

ontheairOne claim was made that my only son was not mine, thus the implication that someone else was the biological father. This would have come as quite a surprise to those at Shands Hospital in Gainsville Florida who preformed DNA tests on My son, his mother and myself as part of their research into the causes of Juvenile Diabetes and their quest to cure and control this deadly disease.

When confronted with my demands, the blogger remained silent and changed the subject. The blogger also banned me from reading his blog so that I could no longer contest the lies posted there.

There have been all sorts of wild accusations including the latest one on twitter that accuses me of beating my girlfriend. While this is clearly false, the rumor is out there among the many others thus once again damaging my reputation in an unjust manner.

There have been many suggestions over the years as how to deal with this problem. Some I have tried but many have proven to be impractical.

The damage by the liars has already been done. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to alleviate the damage. Minds have already been made up and content has been put up in locations that makes getting the material removed impossible.

One blogger has gone through an extensive process to hide their identity that would make any litigation or even criminal investigation an expensive propasition.

This is a clear indication that the blogger is aware of their actions and the liability that they have subjected themselves to and thus have taken unusual measures to assure that they will never be accountable for their actions.

So how then does one deal with those who steadfastly refuse to tell the truth and come clean regarding the falsehoods lodged against me and others?

The answer is to do nothing. The answer is to give up. That is my decision. There is absolutely nothing I can do to remedy the situation and quite frankly I am tired of dealing with all of this.

It is time to move on. The liars will continue to lie because that is the only thing they know how to do.

I used to have faith  in our legal system. I used to have respect for attorneys. I no longer have that faith and I no longer respect attorneys.

oathfbarI have seen attorneys openly lie without considering the ramifications of their lies. The oath they took when entering the bar means nothing to them. They have the power to abuse and they do just that.

So I move on, now, to whatever tomorrow and all the other tomorrows bring.

This has certainly turned into an interesting day on Twitter. I happened across this twitter post by Don Carpenter and decided to do some exploring.

What I found is quite interesting.

It seems that Deric is building up quite a resume as well as a reputation to match. He certainly has the attention of the folks on Twitter over his professional ambitions.

Stay tuned

infotechI have always wondered about some of those on line professional listing services that abound on the internet. My attention was drawn toward a number of postings on twitter where the much debated Deric Lostutter is now alleged to be listing himself as a private detective.

infotechpiIn the past, Deric has made it known that he is the owner and operator of Info Tech Solutions.  The original business model had this company as a Information Technology service in the area of data recovery as well as offering various computer security services.

It now seems that Info Tech solutions has branched off into the Private Detective business.

I find this a bit interesting since the start up costs for such an operation are quite high. First there is not only the licensing requirements that involves criminal background checks and proof of liability insurance, but the costs of a physical location and other normal business expenses.

Deric is most famous for making posts seeking donations for everything from a duplicate key for a motorcycle to his latest requests for funds to buy DJ equipment.

Deric seems to be changing jobs on a daily basis. In the short period of time he has been on line since the Steubenville rape case fiasco, he has gone from a brief stint at Amazon, to delivering pizza and god knows what else.

He has managed to get himself ticketed for driving without insurance and recently got arrested for fighting while intoxicated.

This latest revelation has stirred up the twitter community and may well get Deric into some serious trouble.

IF he is passing himself off as a private detective, he is going to find himself getting the full attention of some detectives from the State of Kentucky.

I half expect Deric to come out with a claim that someone put that listing on line as a prank to get him into serious trouble and that he had nothing to do with it.

I would suggest he keep that excuse handy when the man with the badge comes calling.

schcryIt comes as no surprise that a school official had to go in front of a microphone and apologize for comments he had been making on various conservative blogs for years. He must have felt that using the various anonymous names would protect people from knowing who he was.

exerpt1That turns out not to have been a false sense of security. All it took was one persistent blogger to track him down and expose who he actually was and thus force him to account for his actions.

Because of his posts, there are calls for him to resign. While he said he will not resign, he may have no choice.

This should serve as a warning for those who persist to make disgusting comments behind anonymous blogs and other social media accounts. All it takes is that one person with the knowledge and resources and your false sense of security will vanish.

The lesson here is that you should not post something anonymously that you would not defend by having your identity go public.

lafayette townhomesI have been watching both Jane Valez Mitchell and the Nancy Grace show and have observed that the panelists are demonstrating extremely poor investigative skills when it comes to trying to figure out where the boy has been for the past 11 days.

lafayettethThe first problem comes with the little “Room” that the boy was found in. There has been no photos of where he was found yet. It was said that he somehow moved a 55 gallon drum. Now the question here is was the drum full or empty. The same goes for the dresser. How big was it and was it full or empty. What is the build of the child? It would seem to me that the boy would have the strength necessary to at least push the dresser in place.

lafayetteth1Boys that age like to build forts. It is an easy conclusion that this might be the case here.

Now the biggest problem I have with all of this speculation is the continuing questions as to how the boy could have been missing all of this time and suddenly appear to be found yesterday. What I am puzzled with here is that everyone seems to have missed the obvious.

communal hallThe condo is a long rectangle that looks more like an office building than a condo.  At the basement level, there is a hallway that runs the length of the building. This is what is known as a common way. For appearance reasons, the property managers do not want garbage cans piled outside of the building. Instead the trash cans are kept in the hallway and when trash day comes, there is likely some arrangement for the trash cans to be taken outside of the building to be picked up.

In the photo all of these trash cans are visible for all the panelists to see. Along with that one can see doors all along the hallway. It would be a simple thing for the boy to come and go as he pleases through those basement entrances. Kids are not dumb. They often find ways around where they live that the adults are completely unaware of.

Having a bunch of people scream at each other on a prime time tv show does nothing towards to try to figure out what happened.

All these shows do is demonstrate what a colossal waste of time that they are.

timholmsethTim Holmseth, an on line Journalist and author has published what he claims to be a letter that has been sent to a number of law enforcement agencies where he makes some serious accusations against two prominent players in events surrounding the death of Caylee Anthony.

thlettertolaw Holmseth is making specific and serious accusations that go towards to conspiracy to kidnap Caylee Anthony. It needs to be noted that this is not a new theory by Mr. Holmseth but it is a far more dramatic action on his part.

fbiHis new theory that she was kidnapped is written about in his e-book available on . From there his theories go off in a number of directions. With these direct accusations against a number of specific individuals, Mr. Holmseth may find himself in legal hot water. Unless he is able to come up with specific proof to back up his accusations, Mr. Holmseth opens himself up to being sued for make what may well turn out to be blatant false accusations.

The problem for those accused is what to do about his letter and what legal remedy do they have to repair whatever damage may be caused by his actions.

Civil lawsuits are extremely hard to engage in and harder still to gain any regress for the damages done if it turns out that these accusations turn out to be false.

There are those out there that claim that I have some alliance with Mr Holmseth or any of his supporters. These people are sadly mistaken. I write about his actions and theories while at the same time attempting to remain neutral in that regard.

What I write here on this blog is my opinion and my bias. What concerns me here is the ease that he and others are able to make such strong accusations against people and not be held accountable for their actions.

It is one thing to make an accusation and quite another to prove it.

It seems to me that what Mr Holmseth is doing is to make accusations against his targets and then making law enforcement to prove him correct.

This is not the proper way to put forth a belief or theory in any journalistic piece.

boydeadboyaliveNBC News is incurring the wrath of the citizens of Twitter who are scorning them for misreporting that the young boy from Detroit was found DEAD in the basement of his father’s house right around the same time that CNN was running a segment where Nancy Grace informed the father that has son had been found ALIVE in the basement hidden behind some kind of barrier.

NBCUPDATEThe ‘update” that NBC News posted did not include an apology for the mistake. In the fast moving era of social media accountability it can soon be expected that NBC will make some kind of statement that will go further than a mere update.

At least one can hope that will happen.

boyaliveThis is turning out to be one of the biggest screw ups by the press since the famous “Dewey wins” oops so many decades ago.

DEWEY WINSI had just finished watching the CNN segment where they aired Nancy Grace informing the boy’s father that he had been found ALIVE in the basement in his house behind a barrier of drums and other materials.

The reaction was such that I thought the man was going to have a coronary on live tv.

boydeadImagine my surprise when I logged onto Twitter only to find that NBC news was reporting that the boy had been found DEAD in the basement of his father’s house.

What in the frack is going on here? Is the kid dead or is the kid alive?

Yet once again we are learning the lesson that you cannot believe everything you see on the internet even if it comes out of the resource rich mainstream media.

I wonder whose ass will be shown the door for this boo boo?
